Hi It happens the same with mine, but you have another solution. Pair your Serene with the docking charger and it will keep your phone numbers. When she'll get her Serene repaired, place it in the docking charger and the Serene will get the numbers again. By the way, have you checked the Serene Options if she changed by error the settings? Hi I have a Beoport and a Beomedia 1 masterlinked in the same system. Beomedia is near the BV, and the Beoport is in the office, connected to the PC. You have to check on the advanced tab from Beoport Config: Main PC=No. I can hear N.Music from Beomedia in any link room, and N.Music from PC in the office. Updated the Service Tool today. No new SW for BV7 Mk3/Mk4 or Beosystem 3. There is a new SW for the BV8-40 which includes the black menu and other improvements.

Hello As you can see in de Config Tool, there are some tabs in the main window. The second tab is called Create Zones. Go there, type a name for your zone and click Add. A new zone will be created. My english is too so bad, but I hope you can understand my answer. Cheers
