Is er iemand die me het email adres kan bezorgen van B&O customer service. Via de website (contact us) lukt het me niet om mijn vraag door te sturen. Daar moet ik telkens mijn gegevens invullen als nieuwe user terwijl ik reeds gekend ben.

Ik wacht nog even af om mij collectie te rippen tot er hopelijk een nieuwe SW release komt. Bedankt om even mee te denken!

I used the Itunes AAC ripper on one of my tests and playback was on BM which supports the AAC format, still I had this problem. So I can assume that the BM doesn't handle the AAC format like it should be.
