Hi Mark, Press TV then Menu. You can then assign the two scart connectors. Use the << >> and up/down buttons to scroll through the choices until SAT appears next to 1 or 2 (whichever scart your box is plugged into) Press PLAY to store the setting and exit the menu. To access the box press the SAT button. Hope this helps David

Vtape does'nt work? "AV" in this case is for use with an audio system. Press list and see what other commands are loaded. You may need to press the standby (red) and list button on the Beo4 at the same time. Using the step and "go" buttons use "add". You should be able to scroll through a list of commands which can

I assume you have the box connected to the scart input on the LX and switched on. To 'open' the scart and see the box output press "shift TV" or vtape/vmem on the remote. If it's a Beo4 (LCD screen) you might have to put V.Aux or V.Aux 2 into the list to make it work.

Hello Villarsch, Is the remote a Beo4 or Beolink 1000?
I have to agree I'm not a fan of a living room becoming a TV room, although I do think B&O should have made a BV6 32, that would have been great!
Yes, the BV6 is a beautifully designed TV. Perhaps a more natural replacement for the classic LX/MX than the more individual BV8? I think larger 32 and 40 inch

  • Beocord VX7000

I have a mighty VX7000 in matt black which I no longer use. It had a service done (due to snail pace rewind) by a B&O engineer and has had little use since then. Type 4589 sw version 1.2. In good condition. £40 including UK postage. David

  • Re: Possible to access A-AUX using AV command?
Thanks for the suggestion but it does not work. TV goes on but no sound from the source connected to AUX at the BC2 and BC2 show N.Music in the display.
Apologies, I am using Tape 2 on the 9500 which responds to A MEM 2 or N MUSIC and not A.AUX.
I would like to get the sound from my Beocenter 2 through my Beovision 10-40. I have no problems to get e.g. CD or Radio sound through the BV10 by pressing "LIST" "AV" "CD" (or "RADIO"). I tried to find a "AV A-AUX" button or similar in the Beo4 "LIST" library

You could try a different remote control - sometimes the buttons can stop working. Check this only if you don't see the confirmatory sign which should be displayed on the screen when you press the button. David
