hi guys help needed i have a beovision 10 with sky hd, to turn tv on with beo4 i press vmem and for dvd press dvd my question in this when i use my new b o keyring press audio radio starts no problem, when i press video tv switches on but screen shows tv in the top of the screen which in not been used. how ca i programme it to turn tv on with v mem

I recorded one programme from channel 4 hd, and in anytime i watched sky premier film hd both cases voices out of sync. yet if i watch programmes normally in hd no problems, so take it in recorded programme there is a delay problem. my tv is a beovision 10. does my tv require a software update to correct this or what?. what is the latest software for
