Hi guys, I finally got a video signal through the VGA cable and displaying on my Dell LCD monitor!! I have no idea what happened, but I tried it again today and plugged the Proj Out to my monitor and turned the BS1 on. This time the LCD monitor flashed a few times with the message "Cannot display signal" and flashed a few times again and came

Hi Klas! Thanks for your reply. I was suspcious that is the case with NTSC. I'm using an LCD monitor connected via VGA rather than a TV, so I'm not sure if there's PAL/NTSC issue with a monitor. I would have thought if you plug an NTSC source into a PAL TV, it would show a terrible distorted picture rather than having no signal at all? I'm

Hi everyone,I've recently got a pre-loved Beosystem1 from the States and I have trouble getting it work here. I've got a 110-240V transformer and no problems on that front. However I have trouble getting the picture to come up on either my TV or my LCD monitor. I suspect it might have to do with NTSC vs PAL format. Has anyone ever got a Beosystem

Hi all, I love my B&O loudspeakers and audio system but, dare I say it here, I'm not too keen on a B&O TV because the other manufacturers are more advanced and are much affordable. For example, I could get a 46" 1080p LCD panel for 1/6 of the price of a 40" BV7. I am considering a 1080p TV and B&O only offers it in 50"

Oh that might explain it Chrisreunion. My Beocenter2 is an older one without DAB, and my friend just recently bought his brand new, so B&O might have changed this in the firmware. Can anybody please confirm that? I was just astonished that I could skip chapters just pressing the arrows on his remote.

No particular reason. I'm not sure how to set it up. There's Config and there's also Option - what's the difference between them?
-
Sorry I should have supplied that info in the first place. I have a Beocenter2 with non-B&O TV. I've set up the Beo4 as VIDEO 4 AUDIO 2. Thanks!

Hi all, I have a bit of a problem (or is it?) with my Beo4.. when watching DVD, if I want to skip to the next chapter, then I have to press GO and then ^. If I want to scan, I have to press GO then >>. However, on my friends Beo4, he doesn't need to press GO. He only need to press ^ or >>. Does anyone know if there's anything I've
