  • Re: BV8 + backlit Beo4 on B&O site

Please also note how it is being shown running OSX and with an Apple keyboard and mouse instead of Windows. I doubt it is of any significants but worth noting never the less. Nicholas

  • Re: Serene and Macintosh ical and address book

Yes and it is not possible to sync a Serene through iSync on a Macintosh. This is due to Samsung using some absurb proprietary protocol on their current generation of phones for syncing. This will be rectified with their next set of phones that run an OS based on Linux, but this is of no use to current Serene users. The best bet to get contacts from

  • Re: Earset 2 - damnit!!

You have it good. When I tried it with my phone, people at the other end could not hear me what so ever. It was as though the mic was not work. The audio I got of "What? Hello? Who's there?" was absolutely fabulous though. The boys in the store were slightly embarassed to say the least. Nicholas

My Beo4 is displaying the same, and as I only recieved mine 4 days ago I would assume this is the latest. Nicholas

  • Re: New MP3 player

Maybe a dual SD card slot design Supplied with 1 8GB/16GB card and the other slot free. It would be wonderful if it would work with iTunes as it would save me a lot of hassle and support AAC as this is what most of my music is encoded in. I think Apple have it pretty much nailed with the Nano and it is good it has no video support, it just needs a bit

  • Re: Anyone bought an Earset 2 yet?

Thank you very much for that. As I expected the charger is specific to the Earset 2. Nicholas

  • Re: Where do you think the BV7 heading - technology-wise

I would really like the see a HD/BD drive update but as always it is probably software that is holding it back. These new super multi drives from LG look very promising but I shoudl think B&O will not be happy till the software decoding is perfect. This is the same reason that the DVB modules have been delayed. Last minute bug testing. Nicholas

  • In a number of places in the UK obviously.

I have just seen the BV8 for the first time in a different UK dealer. I agree the sound is fantastic but I cannot see it eclipsing the BV6 simply due to its overall feel. It is obviously a low end TV looking and feeling of plastic and with no AR filter on the screen. Overall I quite like it and it looks a lot better in person, but it is still far too

  • Re: Anyone bought an Earset 2 yet?

I am more interested in the end that connects into the Earset 2. Is it standard with anything, i.e. the Serene charger or is it something very different and specific to the Earset 2? Nicholas
