You can only get an upgrade kit from a B&O dealer and the kits contains the items shown HERE As the upgrade kit is a spare part, not all dealers are prepared to sell it and prices will vary.

You need to charge it up on the charger and then download a configuration again.

I suggest as a first step you do a "Hard Reset" The Beo6 has two types of reset, a soft and a hard reset. A soft reset is when you PRESS and HOLD the centre button for 3-5 seconds which turns the unit off. A hard reset is when you do the same except you hold the button down for 30 seconds. The action of doing a hard reset will reduce the battery

When you say you " reset the Beo6 to start from scratch " what exactly did you do? Downloading a new or updated version of your configuration would have replaced the existing configuration in the Beo6.
