Thanks.. I think I am leaning towards the BV9. There is a lift... so hopefully it will fit in there. There is definitely no concrete floors.... Though we took the bottom apartment as it has a shop below... and a gynecologist above. Both open 9-5. Though this is Switzerland. You're not really allowed to sneeze without the neighbours complaining.

Yeah my concern would be that when you use the microwave it doesn't work properly.... similar to our other wireless household networks.

Hey guys. It's been a while since I posted... though I'm always around reading :-D We're buying an apartment in the city. It's an old apartment circa 1906 but it will be completely renovated. Oh yes. What do you do when the TV is out of date and you need a new one ? scrape the diamonds off the plastic and start again. This is all a bit too Dubai for me. Look at the iPhone. Imagine how painful the first drop on the ground is.... or leaving it in the back of a taxi (which I have been known to do on occasion)

I would just check with a local dealer. We had them come out and set some stuff up for us..... mostly rewiring. They were quite helpful. I would just make sure you have it all ready so it takes them the least time as possible. I'm not sure but maybe they can even transport the equipment there for you...to minimize the chance of anything getting
