Have you run your configuration through the Product Configuration Guide ? This should give you the answer. I would do it for you but it doesn't work with my Mac!

Must confess to not seeing many TX2s around. Tim reckons that they have a 5 pin DIN plug unlike the TX which had RCA plugs. It may have differed depending on markets I suppose. I also would not forget the Beogram 5000 radial deck which is beautifully made and sounds in my opinion just as good if not better than the 5005 etc.

The TX2 does not have Datalink so will not work via remote control. I would suggest looking for one of the following: Beogram 3000, 5005, 3300, 9500or 9000. Also consider a 8002! They will all work the way you want.

Remember that the normal Sky codes do not work a Sky+ box. You may need a software update if Sky+ is not on the list.

Which record player are you using? It sounds like an earth problem - there should be an earth from the chassis to the casing of the DIN plug.

I do have the service manual but in common with most new manuals, no circuit diagram. I'll put it on site anyway!

For the extra rooms, use MCL2As as you will get control in the other rooms.
