I really, really like the Rolex Oyster Perpetual DateJust 36mm
Wondeful watch! I had the same w/ Jubilee/black/fluted. Great for sport and/or dress. A real classic, though like you -I suppose I would prefer the Oyster bracelet. My brother still has it!
Oh yes I know it too well. I've been through black goo myself, spreading it all over my house courtesy of my left shoe!
BeoTar... Oh Spiros... I have your shipping address too! I did see your post. I only have one T5000 matched to my BS5000. Sorry! Should I break it up and you still need one -you are first call!

I have an excellent one available... and your shipping address! UGH. Just to clarify... You are looking for the 2-way MCP (referred to as the "TERMINAL" -making for great confusion) for the 7700, not the lesser 700x 1-way TERMINAL that will work, correct? (I may have one of those available???) Here is a pic of the available unit...
They also tried to fix the slight warp on the cover, but to no avail.
Deep inside BeoWorld -I seem to recall a conversation on the warping of the dustcovers on these! This would cause a splaying like you are describing. I have done some cursory searches, but no luck. Anyone else? ++++EDIT++++ Found...

FWIW, I bought a 5005 to replace a 5000... and now I no longer have the 5005! The 5000 is wonderful. Enjoy!
