Does it work two way with the 4500 system in the main room?

I see no reason why not - it has a SCART input. I use mine with an AV9000.

Try disconnecting all the rooms and then re-attaching one by one. See how it works after adding each room. Also make sure that no-one has plugged the MCL cable into the wrong side sockets.

I think you may have problems finding the STB-Cs. You don't actually need the RF to go through the Sky box. In your case I wouldn't!

You can have more than one extra room - but is £10 for each extra room. Each room has its own box and cable from the dish. I think you can get 6 feeds from a dish - Sky+ needs 2 though.
