I'm hoping the same thing for the Beomaster 5. I was also hoping the the Beosound 5 unit would be shaped in an oval like the BC2, but I think the Beosound will be rectangular.

After reading the user guides for the BeoCenter 2 and for other audio masters, it seems that the only source that can get a specific program number with the Timer is "Radio" (however, the Beosound 9000 also allows setting a channel for "TV" and "SAT"). Perhaps you could add this function with future releases of BM-Link

I'm confused as to how to select the iTunes playlist to use with the Timer with BM-Link. The instructions on Anders' website are: " For N.MUSIC the program option means which playlist to start playling. The Library playlist is number 1. For N.RADIO the program options means which channel in the N.RADIO playlist to play." Where does

While respecting Alex's opinion, I find that I feel quite the contrary regarding the claim that one would never need a Beo4 after getting a Beo5. The Beo5 is indeed a very versatile remote. It's especially useful when used in conjunction with a lintronic code converter. You can create very organized menus for the Xbox, PS3, and many other non

It's worth noting that while you can rent HD movies on Apple TV, you can only purchase movies in SD on Apple TV. The introduction of a B&O Blu-Ray player will bring with it one very interesting characteristic: the need for frequent firmware updates. Blu-Ray players by their very nature require that the firmware be updated periodically to keep

I've encountered the exact same problem with my Avant. Tech support advised that this is pretty common and is due to the component connections that B&O used -- not actually a malfunction or breakdown in the Avant. Tech support advised that a part can be ordered and installed by a B&O repair person to correct the issue. I'm guessing that

I think that a bracket for the BV7-40 should certainly be possible. The Beolab 10 has a switch on the back to select either "wall" or "free-standing." Also, the depth of the Beolab 10 is actually adjustable on the bracket. The bracket makes it such that you can either keep the speaker flush against the wall or extend it out farther

Due to the forum problems, I was having trouble posting photos last weekend. I've posted photos of the Beolab 10 with the beamer screen lowered and also with the screen retracted.
