Same reaction on my tv...BUT solution is as follows: LIST until V.SETUP, then GO LIST until SOUND, then GO SEVERAL TIMES!! First GO shows VOLUME, second BALANCE etc. !!! LIST until S.STORE or STORE, then GO. Hope this is it! Ralf PS: EE/SW 3.2/3.0 on my Beo 4.

Sure, if you have the chance to start from the beginning, use CAT7 cabling, it should be about the same prize as CAT5/CAT6. So did we five years ago. Ralf

Even though it is German, check the pictures posted. http://forum.beoworld.org/forums/p/30331/242211.aspx#242211 It worked for me (BS3000, BV3-32, BL3500). Ralf PS:Cat 5e Patchpanels (but Cat7 cables). Cat5e is enough for this passive setup (using just the cabling - no acitve devices like switches etc.).

This is what happened to me, too. We had an Beoenter AV5 TV/CD/Radio for sale that was set up close to our Pioneer Kuro Plasma. With the Plasma TV on, the AV5 would not react to the BEO4 commands! Took me a while to figure this out... Ralf
