Nice equipment. Obviously high-end. For some reason, HI-HI systems do not immediately come to mind.

220 - 230 - 240 V is not a problem. 50 to 60 Hz can be a problem. And having been there with a 230 v BS 1, you should definately consider the merits of a surge protector in protecting your B & O investments.

Any good furniture store. Danish furniture especially, even Marine suppliers, which is where I purchase mine. Teak oil or Tung oil will restore the natural oils to the surface of teak, even veneer. Clean it well first to remove handprints, stains, dust, and let it dry well. You can then apply a VERY GENTLE sanding as Peter mentions above ( super fine

I tried to replicate the problem you are experiencing, as you describe it. Two possibilities resulted: 1. The PC volume control may be turned down. Try turning your Mediaplayer or remote volume control all the way down and then bring it up slowly. 2. Using the Beo 4, shut it off, and then check that your BS 4 has selected N.MUSIC OR N. RADIO. Lee has both the cable and Boscom Wall Socket covers for sale with LIFESTYLE AV. I purchased six from him last year, wired, and installed the units under the concerned gaze of my wife.
