You buy the MLGW from B&O. It is not on their list as it is a product that needs to be sold as part of a service, to configure it and interface it with your home automation system. You'd benefit the App only if you had a more complex system - multiroom + home automation system.

I think it just depends where you put your finger, it seems the sensitive zone is a bit off to the top left of the icon. If you click on the icon in the center exactly it does not work all the time.

You have an option setting problem on your setup. Are the MX and ouverture in the same room?

In that setup, they look fine. I tend to prefer the BL6000 on wall brackets: http://www.beofranziskaner.de/BeoFranziskaner/ProjektGallerie/Seiten/Alfter.html#5 (for the look, not the sound of course)

Well, if you don't buy a Beo5 but buy a 2000 euro MLGW instead they win...
