The ones I got from Paul were ok (ask Paul specifically to cut the plates as precise as possible). Indeed, the corners have been rounded with a file and sanded afterwards. Hope you're able to cut/file them in the exact size or maybe you can ask Paul to send you a new one. They don't cost a fortune. He's a great guy to talk to and to do business
