I have spotted two pictures of RLs in white with light grey cloth on page 50 of the brochure from the mid 90s. The white brochure with the square hole cut out of the front cover (No date on it) Unfortunately, I don't know how to make my photo's small enough to add to a post. Andy T.

Hi Dan and welcome to the forum. As far as I'm aware, your new handset is compatible with the old pyramid base but only if the software in the base is upgraded to SW 2.5 The new handset will not charge by sitting in the old pyramid as the contact points are different. Andy T.

Not far off mate! Frede confirmed that they were ESL 63 made by Quad. I presume they were from the same era as the Beolab/master5000. Thanks for the link anyway. Andy T.
