Anyway, that's enough for tonight. Tomorrow---- More guests arrive, we go out for a pizza and Monday morning B&O send a bus to pick us up for our official visit to The Farm. I hope I'm not going to get in trouble for making this thread so looooong. Good night. Andy T.

After kindly sharing a bottle of wine with us over a long chat in his conservatory, Frede was kind enough to pose for a couple of photo's. This first one with Lee and Ed (One of my favourite pictures)

Then Frede took us down in the basement.

As we went down the steps to this lovely picture postcard cottage, Frede came out to greet us and cordialy invited us in. What a nice man, the kind of man that instantly makes you feel welcome. We went into the room to the right and I think my jaw may have dropped noticeably at the sight of this (You'll like this photo' Peter)

Thanks lads for the vote of confidence Eventually, the loading ramp was fixed and they managed to squeeze all the cars onto the ferry. No sooner had we left the quay, we were slowing down for the other quay but they still managed to find time to collect £9 of us for the pleasure! I think Lee paid so I decided on the way back I would have the dosh

The four men standing around were mending the steel hauser that is attatched to the counterweight that raises and lowers the loading ramp. Nobody could get on or off the ferry until it was fixed. If you look in the previous photo', you'll notice that Venø is only a stones throw away, literally! After about half an hour the queue was this

After a short discussion, the three of us thought it would be nice to pay a visit to Frede, a gentleman who repairs and restores old B&O equipment. Frede lives on an island just off the coast called Venø. (You wouldn't believe how hard it was to put the diagonal line through the letter o on an English keyboard!) Lee had his number on
