I don't think it's a software Config tool's problem anymore. On Christmass 2009, I did an upgrade my self and unfortunately this damaged the Beo5's main hardware and had to be changed. Something went wrong during firmware upgrade and...................

I think that the best solution would be a replacement. I'm not quite sure if these can be repaired although members Dillen or Keith are experts on this field. Maybe you should contact them directly.

Hi Olivier, most probably the STB that included your projector has been updated and the dealer did not include it on the update. I would suggest that you contact him to come and include it again.
