Razlaw, 4.24 is up and running just outside DC. And I agree with Alex that the new frame really looks nice on the BV-4 65. Russ

I have had an Xbox 360 attached to an Avant/US since December. Naturally the Avant/US is somewhat different from the EU versions of the BV-5 (although essentially identical to one another here.) Initially I went RGB video out to the HD input, with all audio connections made to the STB input. I had no trouble with getting audio and video, once I had

If attached the same way, to the same source, the 2500's will operate the same as the Penta2/3. The question is wether or not the MX has been informed that you have attached external speakers, and that it is expected to use them by default. None of the TV's 'assume' that is your intention just because you plug something in. Russ

Richardd, Richardd, Richardd, Powerlink is the 8-pin socket that modern BeoLab speakers use, the red and black clips, if they exist at all, are for non-B&O speakers, or the conventional BeoVox speakers. peterjacobs: Trip, Well said and its nice to see in you a true ambassador of B&O with a combination of good technical knowledge and a genuinely helpful but balanced perspective. Thanks Peter Peter, Has Trip slipped you a little something under the table...Oh, wait...just read your next post. Russ

I've seen this before. Try doing a 'hard reset' to the BV-7/BS-3. Unplug mains power for at least 45 seconds, plug it back in and tur the TV back on. Generally restores all settings and PUC data. Russ

BeoJeff, Those changes, when made, will in all likelyhood be software updateable for existing BS-3's already in the field, so I'm not sure that its worth waiting for, since you risk waiting long enough to enjoy the next price increase. Russ

That ought to work, yes. Just don't plan on anything more than a BeoLab 7-2 in the room with the BV-7. Russ

Nice hat! Would make a fine addition to my collection! 1,400,000
