My Dad runs two pairs of CX100 + one Cona and a pair of redlines 60 from his Beomaster 4500, without any problems at all. Can play loud. The amp. should be about the same in your BC, so do not worry about an extra amp, unless you want to play very loud. You should connect the CX in parallel to the MCL-2A. Roger: The 7-40 mkIII is clearly based on the BeoSystem 3. Same number/type of connections and, as far as I can see, the same service modules. Roger I was reffering to the 7-32... Didn't know that the LX series has become vintage... (Surely don't se my LX6k as vintage, but never mind! ) Redlines will connect to your L2502 without problems. Also consider S45-80 spearker series or even Pentas. Pentas are the top, but somewhat expensive compared to Redlines and S80. For a music system I would recomend the BeoSystem 5500

Santiago: meandmyshadow: A-TAPE will activate the Aux input on your BS9000, which is why it all turns on. Thanks! I presume that a B&O audio tape plugged there, can be fully controlled by using the ATAPE beo4 key... The AUX port on the BS9000 is not equippet with Datalink, hence you will not be able to control a tape recorder. All (I know of) Beocords
