There's a tiny spring on the power switch held between two hooks. One hook is the slider and it's usually white. You can try pushing the white hook a little in the same direction the spring pulls and I'm sure that the power switch will release. (Don't work inside the Beomaster with mains connected!). However, the next time you switch

Welcome to Beoworld ! Most likely the internal power switch (not the key top has seized in dust, dirt and oxidation. That's very common and very often the source buttons will not latch in and stay down. Not an easy fix but not impossible either. Worth the repair. Martin

Their - err - 'design' suggests that not many were worn daily, at least not into the late 1970's and, when found, most of these rings are still

What a find ! That is a rare piece and in wonderful condition (after the cleaning) . I have one in my own collection and I've often wondered if there would be others. I won't tell you what I've been offered for mine, I will just advice you to take great care of it, which I'm sure you do. Actually, our very own product guide states that

Yes, I already suggested that too. I don't know all of B&O's speakers but I do know a lot of them, also some of the more exotic ones and I've never heard of S82, nor does a search through all my collected documentation reveal any clues. (Except for the VHS82 but that's a video tape recorder). The fact that you have a pair suggests

Welcome to Beoworld ! S82 is not something, I've heard before. Are you sure they are not S22 or S80.2 ? Martin
