JC: You have another 6 to play with now Andy!! I missed it by no more than 10 seconds, well done Jonnie All's fair in love and war (and eBay) Andy T.

Wow! I feel really guilty suggesting that you could be mistaken, Ruud. I have just checked on my English manual (New version AMEM etc) and, Lo! "BATTERY Indicates that it is time to change the batteries in the Beo4 remote control " I have never seen this display. I guess we change our batteries before they get low enough to display this message

With Beocom 6000 and Beocom2, Bang and Olufsen recommend leaving it on the charger at all times. The on-board computer will decide as and when to charge. I have always done this and never had to replace a battery on my own 6000s. I presume this will also go for Beocom 4. Andy T.

Hi Ruud. You must have a special Beo4! I have about fiteen Beo4s and I have never seen Battery on the display. Jerryatric, If it was fine for the last 18 months I wouldn't mess with the programming. Just whack some new batteries in. Bet that restores it to it's former glory. Welcome to Beoworld, glad to see you went for gold Andy T.

Thanks Keith I will be able to sleep tonight, now. Andy T.

Peter, I have had many of the MK1s apart but have never even seen a MK2. The black plastic plugs on top hide the IR sender for AV volume. Do you know whether the MK2 have the IR in the same place? Doesn't seem possible if there is a headset plug there instead. Andy T.

I had (1) then read it and it went. It probably will only start counting from when Van started the function. Read them all then the brackets will go,.......probably. Andy T.

Sorry gents, I don't have time tonight to continue. Should be able to do some tomorrow. Andy T.

While we were in the time tunnel, Gitte demonstrated an old television which had two little handles that folde out and you could push the telly round like a wheelbarrow. As soon as I saw that, I said "Hey Gitte, Can you do that again for my camera" She pointed a her tummy and said "Thanks" but she obliged anyway. I felt like a worm
