No expense had been spared with this meal! There were a multitude of different sauces for different dishes and our hostess gave us details of the ingredients in each. We were made very welcome by the lady who owns it with her husband and we all took our places on a huge table up against the sea facing window.

At about quarter to five, we were taken back to our hotel where we had an hour before we were to be picked up again. Bang and Olufsen had kindly arranged to take us out for a meal. The restaurant they had chosen was on the same, four mile long island that Frede lives on. It was called Venø Kro. What a great choice! This is us arriving there.

Damn! Take it this chip oil isn't much use either then Quick story-- Some years ago, I was walking past a skip and, being unable to resist,had a good look inside. There was a full tin of Castrol GTX. I opened the lid and peered inside. Lovely clear syrup coloured oil. I thought I'd make better use of it than the skip truck driver in my Cortina
