I have had a gallon of linseed oil for about 25 years. I think some ancient relative used it on a cricket bat. I use this for my outside wood. Guess this Danish oil is a little more refined. Andy T.

While we're on the subject, I just bought 6 handsets and pyramid chargers (For £427!) and when they arrived, I was shocked to find they are the new type with headset sockets. Unfortunately the manual was for the old type. I downloaded one of Peter's manuals but it doesn't say what the equivalent of dot 70001 is. To get to the s/w version

This is exactly what I mean though I wouldn't describe the buttons as rubber, more plastic. A common fault on Beocom 6000 is the dot button failing. I know it is probably the membrane under the keys but you can't get to it without cutting glued joints and re supergluing. £16 sounds a bit good, Was that from a dealer? BTW, does anybody
