The CDX2 has Datalink and 16bit converter while CDX has 14bit converter and RCA plugs. I've been looking at the manual for the double cassete version on site and as that type of Beocenter 4000 does not have Datalink you would be better of with a CDX unless you plan to go with a Datalink B&O system at some point. Datalink is for the systems to

Perhaps Dillen got a pair of stands? My S80.2 never had them mounted so I asked him and I was in luck. As you can see the S80.2 and S120 too have survived pretty well and the covers stays on. Very few of the brackets are broken.

As you know I got both connected to a Beomaster 6000. Recently rebuild as well. To get a fresh mind I've just pushed PH on the system and the Beogram 6006 plays ZZ top Afterburner side A. The S80.2 on their own have a lower output and a bit more highend compared to the MC120.2 The S120 (in my case) are louder. The bass a few db louder owerall and

My Beogram 8002 used to do this too. Sometimes the arm would go to the end and get stuck for while. A handfull of caps and resoldering got it back in perfect working condition. Still works great 12 months later.

I have asked Dillen but he sugests that other members here may know something? In the manual downloadable from Beoworld it clearly says on page 9 of the pdf that I must use: One 5 Pin DIN cable and one adabter to make it to DIN and RCA. The RCA goes into Tape2 play or in. The other end goes to the powerlink on the Beovision. Now my version of the Beomaster

Becord 9000 playing a mix tape that I'm only half done recording and its been at least a few years. The music so far is me on guitar and vocals playing Jimi Hendrix tunes with a bass player and a good drummer. Recorded straight to portable DAT back in 2003-2004.
