I read the news in the French forum also and learned a few words. I had to lookup sablier for the description of the Beocom 5. How often does one talk about an hour glass? The new phone does sound interesting. I was especially glad to read that iTunes is supported in the Beosound 5. Without iTunes, I wouldn't have considered BS5. Maybe the sheep

I have Beolab 3 MKI and enquired about upgrading to MKII. The cost to do the upgrade was $1800.00 USD. The high cost they said was due to a change in the manufacturing process and that most of the components would have to be replaced. Price lists should be available online. Automobile prices are online as well as other companies. If B&O is afraid people will think American prices are less expensive, remind everyone, American prices do not include taxes which are set locally.

I purchased B&O products at two different dealers in Paris and thought the service was very good. I bought a Serene phone in Paris and after I return to the US, about 3 days later, I received a telephone call from the Paris dealer asking if everything was okay and was I happy with the product.

RussR: http://www.gizmag.com/fed-flat-panel-display-technology-sony/9635/ How do they expect to survive if they don't produce one of these by the Holiday season this year? Let the Doomsaying begin. Russ Trying to start another intense discussion? I'm getting "FED up". I think this will happen first: http://www.engadgethd.com/tag/shv
