It should work using the Powerlink socket. If you have an IR eye, you could use Masterlink and see if it will work that way, I take it that you are using it in the main room?
-
At the minute, yes. It actually shows the advantage of the STB-C approach as changes in technology can be catered for cheaply. Complete pain for you though.

I am sure these will be repairable. Obviously in this case it is the amplifier that is problematic. Where are you based? If in the UK, contact Tim Jarman at www,beocentral.com who may be willing to help.

Martin can usually supply a capacitor kit - well worth it as they can cause all sorts of odd effects!

Tricky! You need the STB-C kit and from experience, these are no longer made. If you are lucky, and have a good dealer, he might track one down for you. The HDR2 can use the digital tuner in the TV or STB but doesn't have one of its own. I would imagine the 'HDR3' will have twin digital tuners which would allow most of the Beovision

Much easier with the MCP or Beolink 7000. However it is possible - press go to and then use the >> and << keys to go to the program you want. Then press store, the number you want the channel stored as and then store again.

The Mk3 7-32 was released in March 2006 and there have only been a couple of software changes for minor issues.
