Also, and this will seem silly...make sure that it isn't really dark grey. The color as shown in the catalog is darker than in real life. Compare the frame and speaker grille to the bright parts of the stan/bracket. I know of a casw where a customer purchased a BV-4 without ever visiting the store in person, thought he had received a silver one

If you are getting the full warranty on the panel, and are only worried about the next 3-5 years, then I would say yes, it's worth it. Russ

It is not a joke, but it is a misunderstanding. 5.0.8 is the latest version of the Sevice Tool (MK2), the latest version of the BS-3 software is 4.24 Russ

Try switching to any other source, wait untill you have picture and sound, and then switch back. I've seen similar problems with some DirecTV Satellite receivers. Russ

Hi Diggs, Run the IR flasher from the 'CTRL' port on the STB input to the front panel of the STB. You may have to play around a bit t ofind the best location for the emitter (a flashlight can help you see through the dark plastic face.) Hi John, this question come up a LOT...in the US, contact your local B&O shop and order part #898127. $50 + tax & S/H. Since it is not a part made in DK by B&O, they may have to jump through an extra hoop or two to get it for you, but they're available. This gives you a dc power supply, and the connectors you need to make it work. Let

jk1002: If you got the BS3 already I would probably go after a B&O panel regardless if it is worth or not. The trouble is, that the BS3 officially does not support anything else.
