Good question. I don't really regret or miss any of my former owned B&O as it was always an upgrade of some sort. From Beovision 8800 to L2800 and then LX5500. From non B&O to 2000 and now 6000+ 8000 both '80s. Now the number one question is if I could only use 1 system what would it be? Getting other B&O in most likely means something

The white edition Beosystem 6000 plays: Shubidua 9 A record from 1981 from the second best Danish rock band ever. NOTE: picture taken yesterday so the record playing is not the one mentioned as being the current. Yes I do need longer speaker cables.

As for white edition they seem rare and the older the products the more special it is to have these days. Dillen was in the western part of Denmark today so he was able to deliver my SC60 stand for the Beosystem 6000. With 2 pairs of matching Beovox S speakers it really looks good I must say. White edition was one of the main factors for buying the

Why the Beomaster 8000? To me I allready had the Beocord 9000 and I was not totally aware of the many different series you can get. Once I found out the Beomaster 8000 is a perfect fit with the Beocord 9000 serie wise I quickly wanted to try one at some point. The 4500 serie is nice but it's 4 units for the system to be complete. I would get some

The unit is not irreperable but to many B&O dealer ships they are because of age. A few might give it a look but they most likely do not have the knowledge to fix it. Get in contact with Dillen here. He can help you out all the way.

The Beocord 9000 is playing Jimi Hendrix: Live in Copenhagen september 1970. A bootleg but good gig compared to Isle of wight and Aarhus the day before.

The original 2035 style remotes for the Beomaster 8000 were standard. The 2035 + remote board for the Beomaster 6000 '80s were optional. That basically explains why its more easy to find the 2035 than the Beomastar 8000 terminal on its own. I had my 8000 remote long before I found the Beomaster 8000 which turned out to have the remote missing. The

The CDX is connected to the white edition Beomaster 6000 with Beovox S speakers. A cd I don't hear often. AC/DC Live in Paris cd 2 From the Bonfire boxset. Bon Scott RIP! Sounds awesome!

I had the Beovox X-35 as Beoworld said they were the original ones for the '80s Beosystem 2000 which I had. I got a very nice pair but the sound was horrible. My parent's still going Beovox S45 from 1979 sounds way better. I ended up with some other non B&O speakers but keeping the X-35's to keep the system original. I sold the 2000

Ok but as I have never seen a CDX2 upclose I go by Beoworld which says Datalink at the bottom: http://www.beoworld.org/prod_details.asp?pid=937 Maybe that's an error?
