  • Re: Australian vs UK Prices

I would buy the BV7 in Australia, its clearly simpler. PM me and I'll find the price list for you. If the price is more expensive which I am sure it will be, email the questions to customer service at Struer before buying in the UK. In the past Avants and BV5's have made it to our shores from the UK and Hong Kong without tuning problems. Not

  • Re: Is it possible to connect an i pod via the aux input on MX7000?

In theory the Audio AUX Link should support it. I think that is how my BS9000 was connected originally, its a while ago now. You could use a Scart to RCA converter. With some smarts you can set it up so that the TV and speakers turn on with the IPod. beoaus.

  • Re: BeoVision 7 with 1.920 x 1.080 resolution ?

Fair assessment. I have the BV7-40HD and am happy with it. HD is not integrated, effectively you connect a single DVI cable direct to the panel. Only settings from that point from the raw signal are contrast, colour and brightness. I did not understand this until the BS3 was released. Sound comes through the BV7. There is only 1 DVI connection which

  • Re: Controlling Sky+

I have the full B&O Tech sheet somewhere. Peter or Lee may have it from the old forum. If not I'll forward it with some other documents to place in a technical section. Beoaus

  • Re: Beolink Passive and Powerlink

In this case the powerlink socket connects the Beolink Passive to the powerlink audio source, not a powerlink speaker. If you like the powerlink socket is used as an input connection to the passive. Can be confusing I agree... So in effect you have the choice of audio source connections, either ML or powerlink depending on your requirements. Passive

  • Re: Beolink Passive and Powerlink

If you have the Beolink Passive connected via ML it works as a true Beolink product. Seperate room, full control, all sources. Powerlink is not connected. I think this is what a "Beolink Passive setup" is defined as. "Beolink Passive Link Room" is a another description. When you connect the powerlink cable then the unit works as

  • Re: BeoVox 1

We only have the white rather than aluminum covers. No dealers have them installed as yet so I can't comment on the sound. I would rather the flat panels 4500 or 5000 which are a similar price. Much harder to come by though. beoaus.

  • BeoVox 1

Anyone have experience or comment with the Beovox1 running through the Beolink Passive? I am looking for an in wall solution rather than my RL60's which take up to much room. Thanks, Beoaus.
