  • Re: US Beotalk 1200 in Australia

Aparently a Beotalk 1100 was tried and failed. There are many differences between the US and Aus Phone systems. If you get past the voltage problem. Potential problems include it won't answer all calls, be clear, have random problems and remote access won't work. Austel which certify phones for the Australian market have very different requirements

  • BG8002 Rosewood surround

I have some slight damage to the front rosewood corners on a BG8002. Its just the rosewood veneer that has cracked, damaged and has peeled off. How would I attempt to fix this? Thanks, Beoaus

  • BV7 Slingbox Project

Just got my slingbox from the UK. Anyone have an idea on how to connect this? I have a BV7 with a V8000, Pace + (Foxtel IQ), Strong 5400 and a few other items connected to it (Denon DVD, IPod, etc). Thanks Beoaus.

  • Re: Is Beocom 6000 2.4GHz?

When you look at the link frequency in the Avant (599 on my old unit) you may need to ensure the Link frequency modulator is switched to permanently on . Without this setting a non B&O TV cannot turn the RF signalling on. This setting should have little effect on your other linked B&O TV's. I feel the detail in this thread should be part

  • Re: Australian vs UK Prices

Prices are from June 1st 2007. Its good to see fairer prices and I hope increased sales follow. These prices should to be checked with a dealer. BV7's are not available over here without Beolab 7...'s in case you are wondering. As Benjnz mentioned DVD regions are not a problem anymore. GST can be claimed if the TV is bought by a company.
