Good points from Trip here. Must smile at the negatives indicated in the link re. iPad. Given that they are talking about home automation, I'd think that both storage capacity and Flash are moot. And the article is wrong when it comes to USB-connectivity. There isn't a USB-port on the unit, but you buy a converter which you attach to the charging

When she comes at you swinging a BeoLab 8000 as a club ... duck.

I've added another picture in that Beolab 5000 thread, Keith. The missing photos weren't BeoWorld's fault - the links were broken.

You walked right into that one. The Beolink 1000 is a favourite of many B&O fans. For worst remote, try the Beo1!

Trip, you clearly don't know much about WiFi, about throughspeeds, about "bottlenecks", about stability issues, or about how to configure the setup properly. I think one should stack them as you wish, but did see the quite full plastic bag of components Frede had replaced when he refurbished my units. They dry out over time, and particularly from exposure to heat. Worth remembering these are over 40 years old (!), it's probably a good precaution to maintain as nice an operating temperature as possible

Analysts were disappointed by management's performance in the Q&A following the presentation of the latest financial statement. The Danish Aktiebrevet (Shareholder's letter - a well known newsletter for investors) called it downright "pinlig" - embarrassing. But it was their first real showing, and they'll do better. Look at

Frede has placed his Beovox 2500 on the back wall, above his speakers, letting them jut out from the wall on the stand. Looks nice - and seemed more functional than just placing them on top of the speakers (vibrations, etc.) There's a lacquer you can use to tone up old driver cones. Ennemoser has one he calls C37, which there's a lot of audiophile
