Hi Peter - Welcome to the best forum in the world ! I'm obviously the odd one out..... I bought a pair of 8000s last year and have had to spend over £500 at my local B&O dealer replacing all the drive units and some internal bits as well. Having said that, I only paid £500 (unseen & unheard) for them so I didn't really lose

Hi All 2 questions about these..... How do you get the covers off ???? The covers move away from the enclosure in the middle of the top and bottom edges, but seem absolutely immovable along the ends (Hope that makes sense...) Also - are the drivers prone to foam rot ? Cheers Nigel

Peter: Agree with above. A large flat blade does it nicely! I am only holding onto these for you Martin! Not perfect but they do have the trumpet stands! Have to confess to not having played them yet! Just cleaned them up a bit! Thanks Peter Welcome back - did you have a good holiday ? Cheers Nigel
