Stuart, Did you put the UNZIPPED files in the "root" directory of the USB stick ? The root directory is the top directory, so must NOT be in a sub-directory. Craig, If the phone was working before you sent it and they cannot get a dialing tone, then the most likely cause will be that they are using the incorrect adapter on the phone line cable. Pins 2 & 5 on the BT plug are the line signal. I suggest you check they have used the correct adapter because there are several types of BT to RJ11 adapters which

It should work in Malaysia because they adopted the British phone spec, however you will need a BT to RJ11 adapter which you can get from someone like Maplin HERE
