3. Launching a new product category and expanding the distribution
The only annoying thing is that they don't elaborate on this "new product category". Hopefully they give more indication of these new products at the live event later today?

And the all-important new plan: The all-important plan! New bigger stores sound interesting and the cooperation with Apple Stores is going to split some B&O customers, I think. I hope B&O know what they are doing here as I fear that the products may be grouped with every other rival product (B&W, JBL etc) and not going to get the attention
I took the opportunity to pick up the latest catalogue.
I'm not impressed with the language used in the latest catalogue. Pictures are great, but the words and descriptive text is dire. It's written really poorly - almost as if they've tried to make too much of an effort to sell a product through
Beolab 2 or beolab 11 with beolab 3?
For video or audio? You don't say. There's a big difference. My BL2 affected the performance of my BL3s for audio. BL2 is great for movies though. Almost too good. Rocked my wooden floor! I wouldn't bother adding a BL2 to BL3s for listening to CDs. I don't think
Those white BeoLab 6002's are looking FAB!!! STILL STILL STILL STILL STILL my favourite speaker EVER!
I also like their design, but having owned a pair found them lacking. Sold them for BL3s and never looked back! BL3s after a couple of years really feel warm and have a really "full" sound. One
A quick question moxxey - does the Earset 3i have that annoying 'round the back of the neck' arrangement for the wires (as on the earset 3) or do they just hang down equally from each ear? Thanks
They hang down from each ear. It's the same design as the A8s. The 3i image on the B&O website is
Not opened them yet, but I'll compare later.
Replying to myself. The finish on the 3i's is inferior compared to my A8's. Shiny (almost sticky in touch) rubber, compared to the matt finish on the A8's. The instructions don't tell you where the microphone is located! Anyone know?
A good comparison could be like comparing BMW & MINI showrooms. Same company. BMW very business like inside and not really warm and welcoming.
I agree. I remember walking in to the BMW store to ask about the Z4. Sales person looked me up and down and decided I wasn't serious and simply said "9
Maybe I don't seem to understand the idea of an entry level TV below the cost of the Beovision 8
Am I dreaming this, or did someone here say the BV8 was due to be discontinued long term? My dealer mentioned that they thought the BV8 wouldn't be around long term, when I was at the store this lunchtime
I have never felt the need to dress up in order to browse my B&O shop.
There's a different culture in the UK. It's somewhat like Bond Street for me. As much as I've loved to, I won't go in to places like Loro Piana, which has a locked door, a security guard and darkened windows. I walk past
