I, too, hoped for Beosound 5 to follow the oval monolithic design of the Beocenter 2. However, the more I look at the Beosound 5, I see the sculptural beauty that is sure to someday become iconic. The simple lines....the way the screen juts out to the left without support and utilizes open space to float.... I'm rather excited at the notion that

Could someone explain the mounting/stand options for the Beosound 5? It is my understanding that a wall-bracket comes with the unit. Also, there seems to be an optional wall bracket that can also be used as a table stand. However, isn't there yet another table stand?

It would be such a great contribution to the site if anyone could help locate those codes. Perhaps someone with a "magic beo4" might use a lintronic device to detect the codes.

Do post photos of your setup, Peter. I'd love to see it.

I would buy one right away at a reasonable $3,000 USD. However, nearly $6,000 USD seems quite improperly priced -- in my opinion.
