It might be obvious for most of us, but if you already have a Lintronic converter, you won't need the B&O version of the Rania dimmer, I have the normal IR Rania, and with a Lintronic box it works well. The only limitation is that the Lintronic converter still has no numbered keys for "light" (= you can't select "light 1 or

On the positive note, the user guide confirms the TV is fitted with both USB and Ethernet connections, let's hope in the near future we can use the Ethernet input for Masterlink and the USB input to plug in any hard-drive/USB storage device and play our video files with a simple on-screen interface, instead of using the clumsy, limited & expensive

The real amazement with B&O is that we fans always are excited about something that all other manufacturers have been doing for ages, and B&O is always the last one to jump in: - BeoVision 10 is mainly designed for wall placement, something that all flat screen manufacturers did from the beginning, with B&O deliberately doing the opposite

I had read on BeoWorld that a new software update would come out at end of september for BeoMaster 5: any news on that? It's been one month, and nothing out yet... To me all PC-based B&O software could at least offer an auto-level feature, to adjust the dynamics on all tracks to a similar level, something found on several other brands: it bothers

I was very disappointed with the first "garage" pictures, then got very excited with the professional pictures, then got disappointed again with the audio specs: have you seen the frequency response? It goes "down" to...85 Hz! That's exactly similar to a BV8, and not even close to a good old MX 8000, so for those who thought

Hi, In addition to the previous comments/replies, I can add that BeoMaster 5 will work with any non B&O TV, the only thing you'll have to add if you want full control of the system will be an external infra-red receiver to be able to use Beo4 or Beo5 for your navigation. I don't know if anyone tried using a mouse and/or keyboard ony for
