Nice system - though the record player is not the correct model and does not usually work with this system - it uses an older language for linking and also does not have a built in RIAA, which it needs. I have a suspicion that you will get very low volume when you try to use it. In the first event I would see if everythingt works. The CD player and

I tend to agree - we have strayed slightly off topic! On nationalities, I think most nations regard themselves as the best!- I think that is what patriotism is all about, and it holds for most countries. I think the diversity seen on BeoWorld shows why all nationalities should be valued. It is interesting that the happiest nation is usually Denmark

The server software has a bug which has meant posters with high post counts sometimes need to post two or three times before the post is accepted. As a lot of posts are generated by a relatively small

I think we may need to send around the men in the white coats!

Interesting! A fairly limited market I would imagine so good of someone to take the trouble.

It will work with a normal 5 pin DIN cable - We don't have the 2000 user manual though we do have the similar 1800. The power cable is trickier - it is a type used in a number of European models of the time - not that easy to get hold of - I would have another search!!
Another few are Beomaster 4401 and Beogram 4001, which are stock models with black anodized aluminium instead of natural colour. There are not many surviving examples that made it through the prototype test time, most were probably destroyed!
The 4401 is real enough - I have one and Frede another
