  • Re: BV9 v Pioneer Kuro(8G series) ?

TerryM: Thanks for the responses. My reason for posing the question was that, notwithstanding it's inbuilt additional features, for it's price the BV9 should be capable of producing PQ that was comparable to,if not better than, the best that was currently available. An additonal reason was to ascertain if B & O had "raised the bar"

  • Re: ... I find the reason! ;-)

scognamiglio: So, I look at the amazing pioneer 50" for several days. It's spectacular plama. But, without soul. Really, I was with my platinum credit card in my hand... but I gave up: I can't buy a plasma just because is big and has a really beautiful image... So, the Beovision 8 (same price), worst image, better sound (and I have also

  • Re: BV7 from MkII to III

vlohjr1: Any experience of people trading ii version to full HD of the screen only and kept speakers and stand intact? and what should the price be for the screen of Mkii only? thanks for your comments Vince It depends on the finish and the age of the screen. My Bv 7-40 MK II are just 2 month old and in mint condition. I only pay ~500 Euro in between

  • Re: BV9 v Pioneer Kuro(8G series) ?

If you are in search of the best picture in the world you should go for the Pioneer PDP-LX508D Kuro 1080p 20.000 CT . I have seen it, and i think it is the best without competition at all! Ask or send a PM to Soundproof here on Beoworld ! He own a Pioneer Kuro screen and he thinks the same as me. The Beovision 9 don´t play in the same team sadly

  • Re: Anyone know.....?

BarryAndrew: Has anyone had knowledge or experience of the DeToma A800 sub? It appears reasonably compatible with B&O but how compatible is it? Price? It isn't more compatible than any other sub on the market. DeToma B800 has RCA input connectors. So you have to buy a Powerlink to RCA cable. Specs aren't so impressive and it´s looks

  • Re: BeoWorld Presents... Serenata!

Serenata = Big and Clumsy with "transistor radio sound" It´s to big, to difficult to navigate when you are at the run, and it´s doesn't look so good eider.. I think B&O are going to have a struggle to sell Serenata! It is not a business or teenager phone!? I can´t see the person ho are going to bye it? So no Serenata

  • Re: BV 7-40 Mk III Countdown- who get the first one in EU...?

Peter: DVB-T is standard - the price will be slightly higher to reflect this. Are we not going to complain about the DVD player not being Blu-ray? Do you no if DVB-T are about to be standard in Swedish models or extra ? Because it is no price change at all here in Sweden for the new BV 7.. (We did have a slight price correction with 15% in June this

  • Re: Beovision 7-40 MkIII - when?

The Stig - ver. 1.4: mbee: damatt: The white display of the BeoVision 7-40 MKIII (click on the picture for a bigger picture) Sorry, but there will be no white display in the mkIII BV7 : your picture comes from the B&O mediacenter, and it is a black & white version of a color version picture with a red display. Just compare the two picture :

  • Re: Is BS3 included in Beovision 7-40

Sal: I thought that the BS3 was included with the BV7-40, it is inbuilt like the BS1 for the USAvant. I think the MKIII version in the EU of the BV7 have the BS3 built in. Or, of course, I could be barking up the wrong tree entirely. -Sal You are absolutely right Sal! Bv 7-40 MK III Full HD will have Beosystem 3 integrated/inbuilt in the TV ! =) It´s
