If someone is interested. Mine is also for sale. A mk4 with BV9 speakers and amplifiers. More accurate sound isn't hardly possible. Has the rare DVI, Component and VGA inputs for HD video with digital audio input. OK. If the hidden system folder doesn't point correctly to the last partition them it looks like you doing a recovery, but the recovering isn't completed correctly. I've got mine mkI's working with my BeoCom ISDN. But I can't remember if the 6000's needed a software update. I've updated the ISDN to 2.24 (don't nail me on that one) for some years ago, and even the BC5 works fine with ISDN base.

Thought that the convertor got it's power from the sata/ide leads, but you have to power them with the help of a special splitter which comes between the power ups and the sata disk. I've had this this setup several years from the early type of avant. The right option setting is indeed (v)option 2 for the Avant and (Aopt) 0 for the 9500. Make sure that you have the right cables. 8pins for the powerlink and 7 pins din audio cable for the Aux. Don' t use the powerlinkcable for the Aux, as another member here on this forum
