I have just tipped an old non RF 28" Avant (booo!) but took some bits and pieces off it before hand in case they were of use to anyone! I have: - Full speaker and amplifier assemblies and looms. All fully working. - STBC with failry new software (I can't remember which version!) - Control panel from the top right hand side - Black fret - STB

I'd be interested in seeing some of them if any are looking for a new home Leslie

As an ex-B&O installation/service engineer, I don't think there is any way to do it unless you use a DVD source, such as a DVD1, Avant, BC1, BC2 (maybe a possibility?) etc. I think you will find some ML conlflicts if you try it! Sorry I can't help you further but as I understand it there can only be one audio master on a single link system

I love a nice camera so I suppose I am a "camera guy", but delving into photography as a serious hobby is unchartered water for me. The only other cameras I own

It's funny... I'm not a brand snob. I just love good design (or perhaps I mean aesthetics), to the point where sometimes I am willing to sacrifice performance to be honest! That goes for pretty much anything, not just electronics. I sat on an uncomfortable couch for years. It looked cool though.

Peter you have a fair point! (Although I like to think I'm not too bad!) Thanks for the info mbee. It is funny you should mention the BV5 because I have the same dilemma with this! New Loewe or top of the line Sony TV, or used BV5? I am tempted by the latter because to be honest sound is more important to me than HD! I think the Nikon would be the

Anyone had the pleasure yet? Being a life long Herge/Tintin fan I was really looking forward to this film, although a bit apprehensive at the same time. In short, it delivered - In fact I LOVED it!
