I have a REL Quake II combined with two Beolabs 8000 and two Beolabs 4000 attached to a BV7 and must say the sub matches very well. The REL is really a bargain for the money. Small, adjustable, able to play at high volumes and suited for music as well (fast). Maybe something for the shortlist?

Lange tijd niet geweest hier. Ik heb zowel de Beolab 4000 als de 6000 staan. De 6000 is wat mij betreft qua geluid niet de mindere van de 4000. Ik vind ze persoonlijk ook mooier ogen. De 6000 wordt vaak afgedaan als "minder" product. In mijn ogen niet terecht.

Het schijnt een software issue. De update moet meen ik nog komen. Er zijn een paar draadjes te vinden op het general forum.

I have combined Beolabs 6000 with a REL sub and that works excellent. The difference between the 8000 and 6000 is often overated. Both are fine speakers and the sound is very similar. The Beolab 8000 can deliver more power if needed. Nevertheless the soundpressure of the 6000's is more than enough.

I own a BV 7 32 since december 2007, so the latest version. It had some pictureproblems, but after the dealer recently changed two IC's and the software was flashed all problems are gone and the picture is superb. I can recommend the HD-Ready BV 7 32.
