Alex, You hit my problem spot on..... My problem is that the BL6000 is 50 cm behind the sofa and it just dont work... I'll buy the BL3 with high stands for Christmas.... Maybe I should experiment a little with colours this time... Never had the guts in the past... The Dane...

Alex, Good to see loyal dealers! (Some are giving it away now...) However it won't spare me the frustration of constantly going to the dealer to have the software updated... It's the concept I don't like. It's the same as if the dealer had to lock volume, brightness and loudness on my system... I wan't to do that on my own ! The

I have always loved the BL8000 for their design. (Swapped mine to BL9 recently) Being a stereo audiophile though, I think the decission is easy. BL3 in my view easily outperform the 8000's. I can find non-B&O loudspeakers at 300£ a pair which outperforms the 8000. The Dane

Standalone drive or standalone BV7-40 (I.e. MK4...) The dealer didn't mention a new DVD player, but referred to the embedded drive update only!

I have heard from my dealer that B&O won't wait until the battle between HD and Blueray is over... They are working on a drive which does both... Are we looking at a BV7-40 MK4... If so I won't trade my current MK2 just yet... The Dane

I understand that they are working on an enduser software which is more intuitive working than the current (I have seen my dealer programming it... Believe me you wont go there yourself today) I'm living in a neighbourhood where the channels are changed every second month. I can't work with a Beo5 where I have to visit my delaer every second

Fredrik, You need to do something about your audio setup. BL8000 isn't going to do the job now with two BV740 MKIII : -) I'm still sitting on a BV740 MKII... My dealer want's 4000 Pounds to upgrade to MKIII... He must have smoken the carpet... The Dane
