Assuming your speakers are connected to the BS3000, both TV and BS should be set to A Opt 1. Pull the mains from both units. Connect the Masterlink cable. Power up. Set the Option. Hope that works.

Have lived many years with a Beo4, using it to command B&O audio & video products as well as third party stuff over the PUC. Now I have started to think that things gets complicated. E.g. to get to Swedish channel 1 in HD, we have to press channel 66. For channel 2 in HD we have to press 86 to set our Humax HD PVR to the right channel. Also

Nice summary Roger, I have also heard something about a thing that sounded much like a Airport Express but with Powerlink sockets. Will enable you to have speakers in other rooms connected over wire (not sure if it was wireless). Not masterlinked then I assume. Any details on such a "box"?
