Peter : Have you got the Vista version? Yes, and it loads up OK, but it won't create new profiles. I ut the remote on the docking station and the serial number comes up but it doesn't show the profile, or allow me to create a new one. I've just been setting up my BS9000 (after moving house) and as as I was lifting it onto the stand the glass door fell off. Luckily I was holding it at the time so it didn't fall and break. Has anybody had a similar problem? or know of a likely repair cost? (the model is a Mk2). Also, while it is being repaired is it worth getting it serviced

I won a model A8!!! I've always fancied one of these and everytime one comes up on a prize draw I keep my fingers crossed. Will look great on my bookcase next to the spark to icon book plus a few other promo items I've picked up off eBay. Ian

I've just fitted my MX4002 onto a motorised wall bracket, but from an angle you can see the bracket fixings, etc. Is there a cover that fits on the back of the bracket to provide a neat finish? I can't post an image, but hopefully that makes sense. Ian

When I masterlink my BV6 26" (c/w DVB-T) to my MX4002, do I only need a Masterlink (+ power) into the the MX?, or do I need to an aerial socket as well? can I access the freeview channels on the MX? Ian
