Hi I think Hebo is right. It sounds like overkill to have BL3 as rear speakers. BL3 is almost as good as BL8000, some say they are better. I think you could get away with something cheaper for the rear from some other company. B R Clakke

Hi I really should not try to judge this since I have not been a B&O customer so much yet. But I just can´t let this thread just pass . First I want to say that it is hard to find something really ugly from B&O. Some of the items are incredible and some does not wake my passion. I can not even pick ten items, but I wrote down some that

Hi Thank you Lee. I support everything you write above. Very well put. Might add that I think that too much concentration of B&O shops could, in the future, lead to that nobody have heard of them. Good Day Clakke
Do you really think that B&O should offer a lower price integrated TV than the BeoVision 8? Or is it that you'd like there to be a wider variety of sizes in the various price brackets?
Hi Quite frankly, YES. I think the best candidate is... BV8 itself. It has been out for a while now. The normal

B&O owned by Apple......I don't see how that would be progress for the B&O brand?? Apple is for the mass market, B&O isn't!!
VW own Bentley, as well as Bugatti and Lamborghini, Toyota own Lexus, Fiat own Ferrari, BMW own Rolls Royce... The huge resources of these
What strikes me is that people here do not consider the design element. A Sony TV has some sort of design, a BV10 looks stunning. To me it is a centerpiece just like an exquisite piece of furniture. I recently checked out european designer furniture, prices are as high and "out of whack" as B&O is. 3000
btw - the best B&O dealers I've ever visited (bought from) sold other manufacturers too as well as musical instruments, records/cds, sheet music etc. The people there cared, were interested and knowledgeable. I'm sure Peter will vouch for this too. Having only their own outlets and producing Sly in Denmark
I decided to get one of these for a room full of non B&O equipment to de-clutter the remotes. http://www.newkinetix.com/ My first surprise came when it learned the terminal 3000 we have in that room, It then gave me a second surprise when it learned the Beo4 commands and operated the rest of the B&O products in
I think my opinion carries significantly less weight because I'm a (gasp!) DEALER!!! So most of what I say is designed to obfuscate the truth and trick people into buying things! I say buy what you like. Don't overvalue the money in your pocket versus what it can do for you. You can't take it with you

I think it depends a lot on what you value personally. The existence of the BeoLab 3 makes life difficult for the BeoLab 6000, but we still sell plenty of them. The sound is terrific and the look is timeless. Say what you will, but you'd be hard pressed to find an unhappy 6000
