Thanks to all three of you for your kind replies and welcome to the forum, Rhone. Problem with all of these solutions is the lack of a spare scart socket. There are three scarts, one has my Sky+ box in it, one has my Kikinoko DVD/HD recorder in and the other connects to the built-in VCR. Scart splitter is look like an option. Andy T.

I have a CCTV camera plugged into the yellow jack-plug at the top rear of my Avant. Every time I switch on a video source (Sat/Tv etc) the Avant always starts by displaying the CCTV first, therefore, I have to press Satt a second time. Does anybody know if there is a way to make it ignore this and go straight to whatever I pressed? Your input would

TWG The backlit keys only light up when it's dark. Perhaps the lighting in the dealers was to bright for backlighting to come on. Looks great in the dark Andy T.
