Hi Pier, and welcome to the forum. It seems likely that the dome foil membrane under your rubber keypad needs replacing. You could do this yourself. There are four small screws holding the case together, one is under the label in the battery compartment. When you open it, take care you don't snap the black and red wires. you don't need to disconnect

Fantastic news! Yes, I think we should all be proud to be part of Beoworld and that B&O recognise us and respect our opinions. I can't think of a better ambasador for Beoworld than Lee. As most of you know, I have met Lee on a couple of occasions and I can assure you that a more honest and tactfull emmissary would be hard to find. Good lad Lee
