Hi Marcus. I believe you can activate the greyed out speaker butto without taking it to your dealer. Press 'standby' and 'ok' buttons together this will take you into the Setup Menu. Press edit on the screen and find your greyed out button. Press OK on the ball. You now have the option to 'show' or 'hide' Once you have

Hi Odes and welcome to the forum The AV button is nothing to do with the DVD, all the AV button does is transfer the sound between audio and video products. Kokomo is quite right. Connect the two with a scart cable then use V.TAPE, you will have no control over the DVD player so will have to use the DVD's own remote. Hope this helps. Andy T.
